Approximately 40 community leaders (civic, non-profit, business, etc.) speak to AAPLE students each year during monthly Academy cohort meetings and during evening speaker programs. The focus of the leadership forums is the speaker’s personal insight into their own leadership competencies, the experiences that support their competency development, current roles they play, and the keys to their success as leaders.
